These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of defnestudio.com (the "Site") and any product, license, software, game, or service (collectively, the "Services") provided by Defne Studio Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17176367, with registered office at Suite 10772, 5 Brayford Square, London, United Kingdom, E1 0SG ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Services. By creating an account you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

3. Licensed Software

Our SaaS products (such as Dating Storm, Shopping Storm, and other software titles) are licensed, not sold. Subject to your payment of any applicable fees and your continued compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for the purposes described in the product listing or the order confirmation. The license terminates when your subscription ends or when these Terms are terminated.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, you may not (a) sublicense, resell, or redistribute the software, (b) reverse-engineer or decompile it except as permitted by mandatory law, or (c) remove or alter copyright notices.

4. Games and Online Services

For our games and consumer applications, your account, scores, progression, and in-game purchases are governed by these Terms together with any product-specific rules published in the relevant app. Virtual items have no real-world cash value and are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services to break any law or third-party rights.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our infrastructure.
Upload malware, run automated scrapers, or interfere with the operation of the Services.
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.

6. Payments and Renewals

Fees are stated at the point of purchase and are charged in the currency shown. Where products are sold on a recurring basis, your subscription will renew automatically until cancelled in your account dashboard. Refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, content, designs, and trademarks on the Site and within the Services are owned by Defne Studio Ltd or its licensors. Your license under these Terms does not transfer any ownership.

8. Third-Party Services

Some features rely on third-party services (such as payment processors, hosting providers, or analytics). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms, which we encourage you to review.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law (such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amount you paid to us during that period. You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Services in a way that risks harm to other users or our infrastructure. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
